The owners wanted a modern / industrial home design.
The exterior and interior finishes – exterior siding, flooring, cabinets, window treatments, fixtures, etc.,– are not traditional in nature as you might find in a typical home in the Central Minnesota area.
The floor throughout the entire home (including the garage) is concrete with in-floor heat and a marble design epoxy finish. The design also incorporates exposed spiral ductwork, an electric fireplace, custom industrial barn doors and pops of color on the walls and in the accessories.
